Yum's Terms & Conditions

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Yum! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Yum platform and its services. By accessing or using Yum, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Yum platform.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Yum is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses, ranging from small coffee shops to large restaurants and hotels, to create and share digital menus. Users can scan QR codes to view digital menus, explore menus by location, business name, food and drink categories, and delivery status. Registered users gain access to a management module, allowing them to register business locations, create and customize menus, add articles, configure promotions, and utilize various menu layouts. Each menu is provided with a unique QR code and a public link for easy sharing.

USER OBLIGATIONS

  • Users must be logged in to manage business locations, menus, and articles.
  • Users must not engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the platform, including data crawling and other prohibited activities as specified by Yum.
  • Users must ensure accuracy and integrity when creating business locations and menus.
  • Creating or registering locations on behalf of others under the same subscription is strictly prohibited.

PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Yum offers subscription plans for advanced management features. Detailed information about subscription plans, including pricing and included features, will be provided on the platform. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms associated with the chosen plan.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Yum retains all rights to its proprietary data and user-generated content. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services provided by Yum in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use of Yum’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

  • Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the information they provide when creating business locations and menus.
  • Yum disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  • Users must not engage in the creation of fake data, spamming, or unauthorized re-selling of digital menus.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Yum reserves the right to terminate a user’s account for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to spamming, creating fake data, or unauthorized re-selling of digital menus. Upon termination, all user data will be permanently deleted.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to contact Yum at hi@yum.mk to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [appropriate arbitration body] in [specified jurisdiction].

GOVERNING LAW

  • Yum's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or provisions.
